Rhiana - Studio Owner, Administrator, Instructor
Rhiana is a talented trainer who can get the best out of her clients while maintaining a sense of enjoyment and satisfaction. A top sportswoman in both netball and cricket, she has now turned her attention to performance coaching. Her passion for exercise and coaching, born from her competitive sporting days, has led her to the magic of Reformer Pilates. Rhiana’s classes are known for their athletic style, challenging and supporting you to dig deep and push harder to get fitter and stronger.

Caitlin - Instructor
Caitlin found her love for Reformer Pilates when she saw how it supplemented her netball and CrossFit training for injury prevention and flexibility. Recently qualified, Caitlin brings energy and enthusiasm aplenty. A high achiever, Caitlin is a Sir Edmund Hillary scholar studying a Bachelor of Law with Honours, majoring in Political Science. She plays premier netball for Waikato University and leads a busy life but understands the importance of exercise, balance, and a positive can-do attitude. You can be guaranteed her classes will have you feeling motivated and supported, featuring her signature spicy lunge variations.

Jamie - Instructor
Jamie is a busy mum of three and a proud Tamahere local. She has found great satisfaction in teaching Reformer Pilates in our community. With over 15 years of Pilates experience, Jamie is a wealth of knowledge. Her Pilates flows are challenging yet expertly planned, incorporating strength and stability into every session. Outside the studio, Jamie loves the outdoors, especially the mountains back home in Queenstown.

Lachè - Instructor
Lachē brings a dynamic blend of athletic expertise and fitness instruction to the Sweat Reformer community. With a background in competitive Aerobics, Lachē represented New Zealand at two World Championships and spent years coaching young athletes — blending discipline, strength, and grace. With a calm and focused presence, she creates sessions that are both grounding and challenging — helping you build strength, stability, and confidence on the Reformer. When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find Lachē soaking up quality time with her two beloved fur babies Wilson & Dolly— living the good life outdoors and recharging in nature.
