1 Run is a twilight weekly fun run/walk addressing mental health & exercise in our community. At 1 Run we believe that simply being active and being around friendly likeminded people makes you feel good - so come join us each Thursday evening (Daylight Savings only) and be sure to wear something fluro.

*Starting Thursday 28th February 6:30pm through to Thursday 4th April.

*Distance is 5.1km.

*Start/Finish line Wiremu Tamihana Drive.

* 1 Run is for everyone and it is whatever you want it to be. A Run, a social outing, a walk and talk meeting. All levels and all ages welcome.
