Treadmill HIIT Session

 

Pick 10 exercises to complete in between treadnill efforts. Try pick full body exercises e.g Mountain Climbers, Press Ups, Squat Jumps etc. 

 

Warm up 5-10min jog 

1min fast run 

20 reps of #1 exercise

1min fast run

20 reps of #2 exercise

1min fast run

20 reps of #3 exercise

Keep repeating for all 10 exercises

Cool down 5-10min jog
