45min Small Group Training

These sessions are our take on “Group Fitness”.

Each session will have a different focus and are all named after streets in Tamahere.

Birchwood: This is a high intensity session: Expect everything here, come prepared to burn calories and Sweat!!

Riverglade: This is a toning based session: Expect high reps and a great all over burn from this workout

Rosebanks: This workout is Core and Cardio based: Expect to have screaming abs and a puff on during this session

  •  Wed 10:15am
  • Thurs 5:15pm 


$45 pp per session. Payments must be made in advance or on the day.
