·     2x500m Run

·     3x100m Sprint

·     50 Hand Release Press-ups

·     50 knee tuck abs

·     50 Kettlebell Shoulder Press

·     50 Kettlebell Swings (double arm)

·     50 Burpee Jumps

·     50 Tricep Dips

·     50 Mountain climbers

·     50 Lunge Jumps
