Because of the nature of our business we don’t take walk-ins. SWEAT is a private studio and therefore there are no memberships. We would love to have you train at Sweat Personal Training Studio so please make an appointment by contacting us:

Session Duration:
Sessions will last approximately 45-55 minutes (depending on your chosen training schedule).

 

Arrival time/parking:

Because we are a private personal training studio we are often booked back to back with clients and therefore ask that you respect others session times by not arriving more than 10 minutes early for sessions. If we are still with a client please have a seat in the waiting area or check with trainer before warming up. If driving please park to the left of entrance allowing space for other clients. 

 

Late Policy:
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and ready for their training sessions. Failure to be on time will result in a shortened workout. If Client anticipates running late, he/she should contact the Trainer as soon as possible. If Client is going to be more than 15mins late the session will be cancelled and cancellation policy applies.

 

Payment:

All payments must be made on the day of sessions or in advance of sessions. Payments can be made via Eftpos or via bank deposit. It is CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY to pay his/her bill.

Cancellation Policy: 
Clients are asked to call 24 hours in advance of the scheduled training session. You will be charged 100% for appointments cancelled with fewer than 24 hours notice. Failure to contact your trainer will result in a full session loss.

 

Package Expiration/Refund Policy:
If you enter into a Term-by-Term Program or pre-purchase a block of more than one session there is no refund for any and all payments for that program or package. By committing to your chosen program/package you are committing to paying for that in full, regardless of whether or not you complete it. All personal training packages expire four (4) months from the date of purchase. All packages are non-refundable/non-transferable.

Exceptions may be made in extenuating circumstances, which can be discussed with your trainer at the time.

 

Attire:
Come prepared to each training session in proper workout attire and footwear (shorts, gym pants, T-shirt, sweatshirt, supportive sneakers). Please bring a drink bottle and workout towel.

 

Personal Belongings:

Please store your keys, phone, wallet etc. in the space provided.

 

Bathroom Facilities:

There is a private bathroom with toilet and shower available for your use. We ask that you use the provided changing rooms to get changed/dressed in to allow others to use the bathroom facilities also.
