CHERYL LIN, Trainer
Cheryl has been working in the fitness industry since 1998. Her experiences range from group fitness instruction, sales and management, Yoga and Pilates training, personal training, nutrition advice and corporate training. Cheryl brings knowledge of the international fitness industry to Sweat from previous employment with, among others, Planet Fitness and Fitness First. Educated in anatomy and physiology, Cheryl's training interests include: kinesiology (movement, form and alignment); nutrition and eating patterns; work-related stress injuries; Yoga and Pilates instruction; and resistance training.
Cheryl has a warm and encouraging demeanour; This does not, however, prevent her from providing a challenging and focused training experience to meet the needs of her clients. From corporate training, to small groups and work with individuals, Cheryl has the experience, drive and ability to fulfil your training goals.

- Bachelor of Science, Biological Sciences
- Post Graduate Diploma of Science, Physiology; Behaviour
- Pilates Principles for Fitness Professionals, Fitness Australia; REPs NZ
CREDENTIALS
- Trained and worked at international fitness chains including Planet Fitness, Fitness First, Clark Hatch, The Hilton, Les Mills and Contours
- Certified Les Mills Body Balance Instructor
- Currently working with some of New Zealand's athletes and sports people in injury rehabilitation and management, targeted conditioning and flexibility improvement
- Member of the Fitness Pilates & Yoga Association of Australasia
